So, I came home from school and I wanted to play Skyrim, I tried installing an ENB and it didn't work so I followed all the steps to uninstalling it. Once uninstalled I tried launching SKSE and it didn't work, I have tried running as administrator and that hasn't worked. I need some help, please!

What exactly happens? Do you just get a crash as soon as you start up Skyrim? It might be that you accidentally removed some SKSE file, maybe you could try reinstalling SKSE.

Are you certain that both SKSE and your ENB were installed correctly? Gopher has some easy-to-follow tutorials on youtube for SKSE and some popular ENB's.

I used the installer for SKSE and the ENB was deleted using the instructions given.

Also, I don't even get to see Skyrim start up it just, crashes.

Clearly your knowledge is quite out of date.

SKSE is now distributed as an installer. Simply execute it and follow instructions (which is pretty much only clicking next, next...).

Of course the package for manual install is still also available.

Trying a few more things, I got BOSS to do the load order, it didn't change anything, we'll see what happens after one more thing
