I was wondering if anyone knows of a place to download SKSE plug ins?

In Oblivion we had a way to set and get the mouse movement. No way to do this with the Vanillia/SKSE. But I was told it could be done with a plug in?

And as mouse movement seems to be extremely general I would be surprised if someone has not already made a plug in to do this.

Other than tat is there a way to use press and hold key functions produce a player TURN effect (not just side step).
