I was at the part where you walk into sky haven temple after doing the blood activation thing and when I walked in it looked like there was nothing but some torches and pillars and little bits of floor that I could see floating above me. All the rest looks like sky. At first I thought that maybe it just needed time to load but after waiting for a bit it was still the same. I started to worry because Esbern was talking about something that I couldn’t see and I didn’t want to miss that as it is my first time playing that game and wanted to know the story. The actual support people did absolutely nothing to help me (they said there was no one troubleshooting the game anymore) and recommended that I look through the forums but I can’t find anyone with the same problem. I really don’t want to re-start the whole game so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

sounds like the door marker was a bit underground, did you try entering through a different door?

(and do you use any mods editing skyhaven?)

if you're on pc anyway: open console (~ on english kb's iirc), type tcl (enter), close console.

you should be able to walk upwards now, do so until you're above ground, then type tcl on console atain to toggle clipping back on

Thanks for the help. I left and re-entered the room (I know I should have tried this already) and it was fine. I did this because there were no other doors to go through. Thanks again for the help.
