Ever since 1.9, I've experience a gnarly visual glitch at the Skyforge roughly 1/10 visits.

In this pic (a few real days later, as opposed to 'in-game' days), I'm underneath the Skyforge, looking at where Jorrvaskr should be:

Also, in the 2nd pic, there is a crate underneath the Skyforge containing Eorlund Grey-Mane's entire inventory -- that you can freely take w/o it counting as theft. However, once you close the crate, he falls to where you are & dies.


Anyone else getting this? Again, this is w/ 1.9 installed w/ a brand new character that was created after the patch was downloaded

The container is suposed to be there (under the ground, thats it) but it seems some way you have entire nifs missing there.
Are you playing on console or what?

Xbox.

It is persistent in all saved games or it started from a point? Try reload an older savegame, go to witherun and see if the glitch is persistent.
If so, you have a big trouble there

It's been like that since I created the character, the day 1.9 launched (last Monday, I believe). But, it doesn't always look like that -- like I said in the OP, it looks like that roughly 1 in 10 visits to Whiterun.

I always just glitched under there to loot from him...
