SkyProc patches suddenly not working

I'm using SUM to initiate three SkyProc patches: ASIS, Reproccer and Dual Sheath Redux. It has always worked perfectly, but suddenly I have issues, namely that both the Reproccer and Dual Sheath Redux patch building shuts down as soon as they are started. In both cases, the esp's are red, i.e. missing masters, in Wrye Bash as I've uninstalled a mod both had as masters - so it's not a case of them not needing to be updated. First I tried running Reproccer repeatedly but it just shut down immediately. It's not caused by SUM either as it shuts down when running it directly from the .jar as well. So I moved Reproccer.esp to a backup folder to create a new one from scratch. First, it shut down again, creating a corrupt esp. Then it finally worked as it should - but after that I have the same issue with creating the Dual Sheath Redux patch. It just shuts down. And this time the trick to start from scratch doesn't work either - I just end up with a corrupted patch that is 0 kb. [Edit: After like 10 trials, it suddenly works to create one from scratch.]

The only thing I've done lately when it comes to mods (except uninstalling a mod as said) is that I've updated ASIS and ASIS Improved INI Files to the latest versions. Seems odd that it should cause this, though, but I have no idea. Anyone who has an idea what it might be and what I can do about it?
