Short question....does anyone else experience rapid skill gains at low levels with SkyRe? I should note that I am using Character Creation Overhaul (but NOT Dynamic skill progression) and have set the SkillExpMultiplier (sic) in Elys Uncapper to 0.3 for each skill.

Just now I shot and hit 3 or 4 enemies (tops) with a crossbow and archery went up by a point. I get that the early levels are supposed to increase fast but is this normal or is there something wrong?

It sounds to me as though you haven't enabled [SkillExpGainMults] in your Uncapper .ini. Up near the top of the .ini you'll see this:

;Enable(1) or Disable(0) the Uncapper Skill Experience Gained Multipliers;
;Default value = http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1473295-skyre-and-skill-progression/0
bUseSkillExpGainMults=0

Make sure that line reads: bUseSkillExpGainMults=1. Your 0.3 settings will not be read unless you make this change.
