I'm the kind of player that plays the same character for months, doesn't use autotravel, and tries to explore every nook and cranny of the world. For that reason I'd like to slow down leveling, so that I don't become overpowered halfway through the game.

I'm going to use SkyRe for the first time, in order to increase difficulty, variety, and much more.

Is there a mod that slows down leveling while also being compatible with SkyRe? Or alternative, is there perhaps a way to make SkyRe slow down leveling?
