It seems this issue has persisted for a long time now, but taking the perk Daedric Wrath prevents you from being able to conjure Atronachs. Also Atronach Thralls stay at the Potent level no matter how far you have progressed in the perk tree. Has anyone found a fix or unofficial patch for this? Or is there a way to fix this via the Creation Kit? Any known mod incompatabilities? Blegh
