So, my character is level 33, is starting to find ebony and daedric items in the world, and still hasn't found any hatchets better than steel. I've found iron and ancient nord hatchets, too, but nothing else. I know better hatchets exist, though, because I can get them using console commands. Why can't I seem to find them then? Is SkyRe bugged? Are the just really rare? What am I doing wrong?

Come to think of it, I've not found any SkyRe-added weapons better than Orcish.
