Skyrim 2010 vs Skyrim 2011

I remember that in some early articles about Skyrim, Todd mentioned something cool (or maybe not?) about Radiant, that everytime you drop your weapon, some kid can come and give it to you back.

That's not remembering. That's pulling a fantasy out of thin air.

Wait, shops don't get new owners?! WHAT

What was I doing killing shopkeeps then?

I assumed they would have new owners within a few days.

I know. This annoyed me as well. It was one of the features I was most anticipating.

I remember the Dark Elf! I was just thinking before "Didn't the Morrowind DE Voice actor return?"
I haven't heard him at all, I am saddened.

They did this to us in Oblivion, too. We heard his voice in OB's E3 trailer, yet we only got that same, cheery elven voice actor for the Dunmer in OB...

I killed the owner of the tavern in Whiterun.
That woman, Ysolve? She came running in and took it over.

The court wizard in Solitude is undead (probably a Vampire) and people sometimes comment about her torturing people. There is no quest involving this though so it's probably a scrapped quest.

Actually I did drop some equipment and people give it back, but it can be annoying if your just getting rid of it so I think they shortened the amount of times it happens to you.

The one everybody knows about - Friendly Giants.

I don't know about the plural giants....but I've encountered a friendly giant. Not really 'friendly', but I stood right next to him and he didn't attack. Too busy mourning his mammoth, which had drowned in the swamp......
