Skyrim and being bad

So there is another thread about how many of the guild quests have the character doing "evil" things.

Without "spoiling" things, what logical path could one take to experience as much of the game as possible without playing several times?

For example, doing the main quest in bits and pieces, following Companion Quests, Winterhold, Thieves Guild, etc... what makes logical sense to string together? Can some of the "naughty" quests be done after the main quest is completed?

Does the question even make sense?

My basic order would be: Thieve's Guild > Dark Brotherhood > Main Quest > Companions > College of Winterhold.

You would start off as an evil character, progressing through the Thieves Guild, and would by accident stumble upon the Dark Brotherhood. Filled with an intense hatred for all beings on Nirn, you would mercilessly slaughter your way through the ranks. Then your character would discover his destiny as the Dragonborn, and would give up his evil ways in pursuit of saving the world. After finishing the Main Quest, your character would still have the bloodlust of a killer, but you would put your talents to use in the aid of the Companions. Finally, after becoming the Harbinger, you would finally give up on killing, and would settle in for a life of relaxation and experimentation at the College of Winterhold.

Spoiler
can you choose to destroy the thieves guild instead of joining them like you can the dark brotherhood?
