I think there should be an Arena, but that it should be strictly single-player.

As I've said in the multiplayer discussion, a multiplayer Arena would be grand. I highly doubt it's going to happen. Should there be a mod team working on it though, I'd love to try and help with it.

It's possible Zenimax Online Studios is working on an Elder Scrolls MMO, but the main Elder Scrolls series by BGS will remain single-player only.

Last I heard, Skyrim, like every flagship TES game that gets a number before it, is single-player-only. I'd be surprised if there WASN'T an Arena, as it was present in Morrowind and Oblivion; it may or may not get a questline for it. But I can bet that you'd most certainly be able to fight some NPCs as a result of quests. Perhaps that's a place where RadiantStory could come in: enrage an NPC enough, and instead of attacking you on the spot, it generates a "quest" where they challenge you to a duel.

If beth does her fans right AND STICKS TO LORE, there should be several fighting pits across Skyrim. I say they take the concept and run with it, at the very least make it so you fight in every pit, gain prestige to fight in the main arena somewhere in Skyrim.

Welcome to the forums might!
:celebration:

Anyway.
I really like the idea and would enjoy dueling in arena (and maybe some other locations also) with with a friend of mine, but I don't think it's going to happen. :nope:
Even though, I still hope that miracle happens and that we will get a DLC witch will allow us to be able to fight our friends in some sort of multyplayer.

I don't like the multiplayer arena idea. Arena in single player is much better.

Arena- yes
Fight your friends- unless your only friend is an AI program on Skyrim, no. single player only.

I think there might be one to fight A.I. but you can forget about fighting your friends, the game being 100% single-player only has long been confirmed.

Arena (in single player) I hope it comes back with more challenge after the final fight, I want really powerful challengers to raise and try to take my title every month.
