37 complaints in the last 3 years and they got an F?
Electronic Arts... 775 complaints in the last 3 years, and they're rated an A+.
I think that proves how the BBB's rating system is flawed.
From what I've heard, what matters more to the BBB is the resolution. Or lack thereof.
My parents had some big issues with a particular company and were surprised to find out it had an A, especially after we learned their problems were not uncommon. But after months of jumping through hoops, changing stories and endless headaches and and angry phone calls, it was resolved as it should have been. So the company gets an A.
In that light, while it may be that EA gets a lot more complaints, they're able to resolve them in a satisfactory manner. Bethesda, on the other hand, does not.
