Biography: Born in Bruma to the prestigious Day-Wanderer Clan, a descendant of the Champion of Cyrodiil and Divine Crusader, to a Veteran ex-Legion father and merchant mother. Raised in the strong Nordic traditions of his forefathers (much to the chagrin of the Cyrodiilic lordship), he was taught at a young age the honorable skills of the sword and shield, as well as smithing and restoration, by his father Siegmund.

However, just before Siegmeyer came of age, his father left their home under mysterious circumstances, and never returned. It was discovered later that Siegmund was helping to smuggle fugitive Blades out of Cyrodiil (ever since the CoC, the clan was well known as friends of the Blades), and while doing so, was ambushed in the remote passes of the Jerall Mountains by the Thalmor...His body was never found.

Upon learning of the death of Siegmund, Brynja; Siegmeyer's mother, was broken. The once prestigious and renowned clan began to fall into debt, and its once grand wealth was dwindling fast...But perhaps most important of all, they had lost their faith in the Empire that day, and realized its wretched condition. Seeking to provide for his family, Siegmeyer left home to pursue wealth in adventuring when only a teenager, leaving his mother in the care of his younger siblings.

He traveled throughout Tamriel, from High Rock and Hammerfell, to Morrowind and Black Marsh, gaining treasure and wisdom aplenty, and nearly 8 years from when he started, he returned home with his winnings, to find his home in mourning; Brynja had passed, her heart unable to be healed.

After her funeral, Siegmeyer's siblings sought to leave their home, now full of sorrowful memories, to seek new lives across Tamriel, and despite his love for his Clan's long-held home, he decided to do the same. He sold the house, left his treasures of past adventures behind, and headed north to start a new life in the homeland of his ancestors, Skyrim.

Personality: Siegmeyer, despite his traditional Nordic roots, is a peaceful man with a calm and kind exterior, ever in pursuit of wisdom, though he is also capable of great ferocity and strength in battle, and is unmatched with the sword. As a follower of the Way of the Voice, he rarely uses the Thu'um, using it only in truly desperate situations when the sword is not enough.
