Hi.
I just got a new desktop computer and tried to run Skyrim but fell into some weird glitches.
First off, when I start walking, It takes a few seconds to get going and then doesn't go at the normal speed. While this happens my sword goes crazy and vibrates.
Even though I can't run I can still sprint which is weird but I need to press alt before I start running for it to work.
My desktop is a Acer Aspire XC-605

No, I literally only downloaded it the other day, problem seems to be that when I hold down on any key it responds as if I'm repeatedly pressing it rather than holding it..

Look for something with 'backgroundmouse' in your ini's. Change it to the opposite of what it currently is... see if that helps.
