Skyrim CrashingInfinite Loading

(i had this all typed up but then i pasted a screenshot and i 'Preview'ed the post and i lost it alll, cool.)

i'll start from the beginning. i installed some character creation mods for Skyrim, then i made my character, which i was satisfied with, and then i installed one armor mod afterwards. also satisfied. the game worked smoothly. perfectly fine. but i quit the game, and the next time i tried to get on, it was an infinite load. i pressed 'Continue', then pressed enter to get into the game. it was a loading screen, like with the facts and my level and the 3D model, it was normal, except the loading was going on for almost ten minutes, and then i quit and tried over and over. same result.

i asked some users in a group chat what to do, one suggested 'Safety Loader' mod, which was supposed to kill infinite loading. but then afterwards instead of infinite loading, it crashed. i tried again and again, same result. they lead me through some other things, still the same result. i reinstalled Skyrim, hoping it'd work smoothly with a fresh install, but it didn't. it kept crashing.

i don't think it's any of my mods that are doing this, because the game was fine with the mods before.

what happened? how can i fix this and get the game running again?
