Not to mention it will cement the support of the PC community.

It will only bring on more questions, right now there is only one.

In reality, the longer Bethesda goes without mentioning mod support, the less likely it is that there will be any. Now, I don't mean if there is no news about mod support in a month that everyone should panic. However, if we get PAST E3 and nothing gets said about it.... I'd worry.

Nope they will not cater to our clambering and as usual they will say nothing until it's out the door.

There is no doubt in my mind that they will release a CS.

Also with companies like crytek and Epic releasing full Sdk's for free. I wonder, since the new engine is built in house if they could possibly release a SDK?
