Hi everyone i'm new to this forum due to this problem happening on my computer. I'm sorry if the problem has been reported 20000 times but i cant seem to resolve the issue.

Here are my specs:

OS : WINDOWS VISTA 64Bit

INTEL CORE 2 QUAD CPU Q8200 @2.33Ghz (4cpus)

4 GB RAM

Directx 10

GRAPHICS (i know it is bad but i thought it could let me play skyrim) : ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 series (2296 MB memory)

OK so , i re installed skyrim on this other computer (the other one was much better and i enjoyed so much the game), when i did the setup skyrim automatically detected my computer and said i could run on HIGH details. Bad choice, as i can not play smoothly even on the lowest ( and i mean lowest lowest) details.

How can i fix it? i did everything from the options but can't seeem to be able to enjoy the game, so i can tell that there's something thats not working well,as my computer nearly meets the reccomended settings....

Please help me i googled and youtubed everything but can't say if i should install a mod , modify configs files or something like that...
