Skyrim Developer -Make the gods Awesome please...

To the Devs

One of the most dispiriting aspects of Shivering Isles was getting to encounter an UNDERWHELMING deity like Jygglagg

I ask you developers to be more creative in the design of your gods for Skyrim.

The way Mehrunes Dagon and Akatosh appeared in Oblivion fits more with how imposing or awesome a deity should be

I must say I am worried about the less than awesome Alduin statue I have been seeing recently....

Alduin should be....for lack of a word....otherwordly. His body should pulsate with red/black lightning, and there should be a visible distortion around his body that warps everything around him...making it clear that he is like a force that does not belong in the world.

His flight should be much quicker and more graceful...and maybe a little unrealistic in how quickly or sharply his motions are, even leaving afterimages in his wake.

He should move not like a dragon, but like how someone "thinks" a dragon would move, like a god that has no idea how an actual dragon's body really functions, but is giving us their interpretation of what they think it is like.

He should move in ways that make you look and think..."that's impossible"...and regardless of his size, his physical force should be greater than even the largest dragon in-game if he isn't it. His dragon shouts, if he indeed even uses them should produce effects far beyond the maximum we or any other dragon can produce.

He should also have plenty of special attacks, abilities, and immunities that only he possesses. But most of all, his battle needs to be amazing to behold, and amazingly difficult. It needs to cement in our mind that, we barely survived, and that only the dragonborn could have beaten him.

Jyg was kind of boring...that's mostly due to the fact that he's the god of order though, I think.

My only real beef with him was that he was a really REALLY easy fight. And he was slow. Oh so slow.

I don't necessarily want them to look cool or strong or anything. I want them to be able to rock me like a hurricane unless I'm a high level. They're GODS for crying out loud!

Keep in mind there's a difference between Aedra (Gods, like Alduin/Akatosh) and Daedric Princes ("Demons", like Jyggalag, Mehrunes Dagon and Sheogorath). Aedra should be all powerful, not harmed by any ordinary Nirn magic or physical attacks. I hope Alduin gets beaten with the help of other Aedra or the power of Deadric Princes combined. I don't like the idea of killing a God with earthly powers.

I'd love alduin to be a shadow of collosus style enemy. Huge, to beat him you have to hit his sensetive points, once grounded you have to climb up him while he flies and if you get to the head without dieing, you can deliver a shot of your choice.

Aedra are actually less powerful than Daedra, because they gave part of their essence to create the world, while the Deadra refused to do so.
