Skyrim Difficulty Settings: What is Optimal?

I like how you did the poll very much but people arent taking the questions seriously

At least 3 people said that the easiest mode in the game should be Very Challenging

The slider should effect more then damage and health

It should include :

Chance of becoming diseased
Chance of resisting magicka
Chance of an enemy resisting your spells

And much more

I love these ideas, especially the chance of disease.

If they are not incorporated into difficulty settings for the vanilla version of the game, hopefully Arwen or Duke Patrick will make a mod that overhauls survival features like disease, infection and hypothermia.

For me id much prefer the Diablo style of Difficulty. Now while diablo had its normal, nightmare and hell settings, there wasnt any difficulty settings. Even in normal if you were at the correct gear level for each and every boss you had a challenging fight. In the Stalker series, the first mod id always install would be the realistic weapon mods, because not one would i beable to shoot better and use less ammo, but the enemies would be doing the same making fights much more challenging and enjoyable.
