Skyrim dlc brainstorming

Post » Wed Sep 14, 2011 10:35 am

SO I was just sitting here listening to music and decided to do some brainstorming on some cool dlc ideas for skyrim and I think I came up with one I would really enjoy.

So basically Esbern is the last known blade to be alive or something along those lines and that there aren't really any around anymore.

So my idea was that sometime during the game this dls is activated and the idea of it is to take back cloud ruler temple and start up the Blades again to protect the dragon born bloodline. Adding just a small portion of the northern end of cyrodiil like bruma and a few of those mountain sides.

Now hear me out, you can choose to join the legion or the rebels in this game so as the rebels your mission is to take bruma by force and push back the imperials farther into their territory. And as the imperials your mission is to fight back the rebels and defend bruma to keep it imperial land.

this would just be the start of the dlc and there would be a much bigger quest to search for worthy and capable people to join the ranks of the blades eventually restoring the blades to their former glory and making cloud ruler temple a nice fortification.

Please give out some of your cool ideas on what you think would be a nice questline/dlc area to be added.

I like yours. But I think we should have Horse Armor. Make our horses look awesome and harder to kill.

That would be nice especially if they made it so we can actually craft it

That could work out pretty cool, maybe as a cheaper DLC or included with a large expansion.

Oh I know you were making a crack at how oblivion had us buy horse armor dlc lol I was just saying I think it actually would be nice as long as we can actually craft it this time and not be stuck with the generic kind but actually make it look customizable.

Or just have it from the beginning...

Yeah It would be nice if they did just give it to us to begin with, But I wouldn't mind paying a minimum price for it if they did make it a lot better than it was before. Or if the time frame didn't allow them to add it in they could always make it for free lol

I think we should be able to romance M'aiq... Then when we're hungry we can get fishy sticks from him. (Maybe he actually has some this time around.)

Meh. I'd prefer it if they added fishing.

Now, I don't mean regular fishing. Remember a certain fight at the end of the main Shivering Isles questline? Imagine facing three guys like that, only fish instead of what he was, and you're fighting underwater. And that's the first mission.

First DLC? A whip. For that horse. And a fedora. For the dragon of coarse. No Indie reference at all. Nope.

As for your idea which I just realized the topic is about...apologies..hmm
