Hi;all I have Skyrim with all DLC by Steam but i can not craft arrows even if steam says all DLC and texture pack Installed.Is there any problem or I m missing something that I dont know.

Welcome.
Try reinstalling the game and the dlc's and see if that helps.

Open Data Files in the launcher and check if all DLC are activated.
