Only if you set your character name to 'Chuck Norris'.

Unless there is a perk to grow an extra two arms, I doubt it.

Was the Op just making a joke thread or what?

I don't think dual wieding claymores is a good idea. Balance issues mostly.

Also it would remind me to much of an over the top action game.

I could understand it if it was a high level perk. I don't see why not if that was the case. Normally though, I don't think so.

I do, however, want to dual wield shields. I could be an untouchable god :P

I don't think the OP has ever actually lifted up a Claymore. I had a friend who sold accurate reproductions of Midevil Weapons. I am not a weak guy, nor am I body builder, but I can barely hold that sword type out in front of me with two hands, I tried swinging it and decided that was going to end badly. To do this with one hand? Not even in a fantasy.

Dual Wielding Crossbows maybe....though you might need some gadget for one handed reloading.

But Claymores, no. And Battle Axes and Warhammers wouldn't be effective because of the Movement required to get the needed force out of them to do the serious damage they are intended for.

Yeah, isn't that guy annoying? That guy aiming a gun at your head, forcing you to take every single perk whether you want to or not?

Dual wield shields is still the coolest idea.

Maybe if you're Mehrunes Dagon...

Mehrunes Dagon would QUAD wield claymores.

Sounds good only if you have a damage and swing speed penalty.
And a ridiculously high amount of strength required.

Sounds like a good idea, if you're gonna put something in the game as stupid as dual wielding you might as well go all out.

Dual wielding is stupid?

I could see it as a high level perk, which would be awesome.

Dual wielding in general isn't stupid. It's a perfectly reasonable method of fighting, though you would usually use a smaller weapon in the off-hand than the main hand.

I don' t think dual-wielding Claymores is reasonable regardless of strength; it's not only a matter of strength as it is a matter of strength and mass. Maybe if you're a very, very strong, large-handed, obese Orc.

But shooting lightning out my hands is no big deal? This is a game, the laws of physics and nature don't apply all the time.

In Nirn, shooting lightning out of your hands is no big deal, but the laws of physics still apply.

(Thinks about arrow flight and knockdowns) Mostly.

Lold. Peter Molyneux hasn't had a good idea about the future of RPGs since the idea of the good/evil system...which he's really taken too far.
