I launch Skyrim_Launcher.exe instead to fiddle with the graphics settings.

Doesn't it pop up either way?

What are you going to do when you finily installed the game, Right before you click Skyrim.exe to start the game?

Hmmm, dunno. I'll most likely be clicking on Skyrim.lnk, or whatever it'll be called.

Yeah I guess it does, it's probably the launcher that is launched from Steam.
