I've run into an odd problem, one I'm not sure as to how it was caused. Skyrim, FNV, Fo3, all Gamebryo-based games suddenly refuse to recognize mouse input. Keyboard works as usual and other programs and games have no problems recognizing it.

It's kind of annoying. Any tips?
