Skyrim Game Informer Thread XVI

I have a few scans saved, what is the page covering? (without saying anything big)

Under Weapons Of Choice, there is a screenshot, of which a Grey Skinned person is stabbed, I'm assuming that the stabbed person is a Dark Elf !

I've got that one! I shall take a gander.
Why yes indeed that is a dark elf! I must have missed it through other distractions on the page. Oh and stabbing? Awesome. Dude wearing a hooded shirt? Awesome.

What? Bendu Olo? Who's that?
Why is it funny? xD

Shareee :P

Bendu Olo is the default name for the Player character - in other words, you. Obviously, the name, race, gender, and class are subject to change, and are chosen before you ever get to see the name "Bendu Olo". The name appears only in the Construction Set. It is a reference to the former King of Anvil.

Using the console to spawn a copy of this NPC creates a duplicate of your current character with all your abilities, faction affiliations and spells but equipped only with the default prison garb.

Rarely, pressing "Esc" during the loading sequence will automatically create a character that uses this default name.

King Bendu Olo (?b - ?d)

The Colovian King of Anvil who led the All Flags Navy against the Sload of Thras shortly after the Thrassian Plague of 1E 2200.

Edit: but Bendu Olo, the Dunmer!?

Just read the "radiant story" feature. Sounds really good don't know why people are moaning about it. The main quest and factions won't be touched by this it's just the small side quests. Nice new feature.

However what about radiant AI? Any improvements?

Yep, there is actually: Example If you drop you weapon on the street a little kid will bring it to you, Or two drunk people will fight over the sword and so on, not the exact quote from the magazine but sort of.

Agreed. I'm really excited about it. Sounds like next-gen Daggerfall :P
