I started a new character and played for hours and hours and all of a sudden I can't mine (Using E or attacking with a pickaxe) and I can't finish certain quests such as giving Ghorza the Last Scabbard of Akrash. When I give her the book, she says thank you but just stays in chat (I have to tab out of chat) and doesn't allow me to train with her. The same thing is happening with many similar retrieval quests. Any Ideas?

I have been playing with the same mods for hundreds of hours across multiple characters and I have never had this problem before. I have also tried running the game vanilla, script cleaning, reloading old saves, etc...

I also can't absorb dragon souls or learn new words of power from walls.
