Skyrim SE getting a new Strategy Book

Post » Sat Oct 29, 2016 11:34 pm

I ordered it. As many times as I've played the game it doesn't really matter. I never got the legendary edition. What I love about the books is that they have additional information and lore that is not in the game when reading about locations in the maps section. It's like picking up a nice touring guide you can read along with as you explore. I love maps and descriptions of places I'm visiting and that's all I really use these books for.

(also nice to scan maps so you can mark off places you've been and I enjoy collecting all the books in the game.. so that's nice to scan and mark off as well.)

Yes, that's how it was in OG Skyrim. NPCs had it equipped, but some flag or something stopped it from showing up in their loot when you killed them. If that flag is being ignored due to alterations made in the engine, then all an NPC's items will show up even the ones that were intended to remain hidden. We've no word yet as to whether that's intended or a glitch, and we've seen wierder things happen unintentionally so you never know.

Preordered last month, can't wait to get my hands on it. Will there be an separate artbook released? Or there is an artwork section in the guide?

I have 3 Skyrim guides (original, Legendary Edition with all DLCs, and Collector's Edition with the cool cover). I want to know how the SE version differs from the Legendary one, except maybe changed screenshots. Be nice if they could be more clear.

I do not buy online and most likely that is for the US and then it will likely be more due to tariffs and shipping.

LMFAO thank you, you just answered my question.

@ Davian I like to support where I live and don't like buying online. Once money leaves my hand I want something in my hand when I get home to use. I guess I am old that way. :P
