Logged about 75 hours on my PS3 so far. Haven't started the main quest yet, mostly just side quests, DB, exploring, etc.
Bug level: 5 (potential to break/broken quests, dragon animations, inanimate objects killing me, misaligned tile set/floating statics, mystery bounty that can't be cleared in any of the holds. The game is just an unfinished product at this point)
Quests: 8.5 (conceptually I love many of the quests, but the biggest drawback for me is the abbreviated and simplified dialogue/journal system, quest markers, and the annoying floating faerie arrow)
Crafting: 10 (lots and lots of fun. I love being able to upgrade armor or just create from raw materials. Also, not missing the tedious and nonsensical repair system)
Creature design/AI: 10 (here BGS has out done all other games in the series. Naturally though it would evolve to this)
Actor design/AI: 9 (still a bit rough on the AI for actors. If you just took an arrow to the knee, you're not hearing things... Someone is trying to kill you)
Level/world design: 10 (What a completely mind-blowing beautiful world they have created. The foggy Reach, the misty Velothi peaks, Midnight Aurora Borealis over the Sea of Ghosts, the rise of Masser and Secunda... Just awesomeness. Interiors: Dwemer Ruins, different yet very similar, caves, dungeons, forts are all greatly improved upon over it's predecessor, though I still think Morrowind excels in this category)
UI: 7 (meh... I know there is a tremendous amount of information to sort and organize, but it's still too much button mashing and scrolling. It's a very obvious design choice for console game pads (ala XMB), but for me anyways a total pain in the ass. I also lament the loss of viewing my character in inventory. Kudos for the stat bars fading out when not needed, but the compass is an absolutely horrid feature. I hate it but I must say I get more info from that brick floating in the sky than most NPCs and my journal)
World Map: 8 (Google iSkyrim?... Clever and a creative approach, but looks like it was designed by another company and not BGS... Oh wait! Not bad, but really doesn't have that series feel to it. Oblivion did it right.
Character development: 10 (I absolutely love the perk system. I was hesitant at first but it really seems more logical for character progression. I reward myself with skills I actually use instead of padding attributes and skills that I don't. But since this is a single player experience I suppose either method is rational. It really boils down to personal play style.
Voice Acting: 9 (BGS has greatly improved variety and quality, but really needs to work on random pvssyr with the player. Instead I feel the world is populated by one-line pvssyring pull-string puppets)
Music/Ambient SFX: 10 (Stunning detail and epic scores by Soule. BGS has out done any game experience for me in this regard, even more so than the high quality EAX of Arx Fatalis)
Scored: 8.8 out of 10
Bug fixes over the next few months, plus DLC will obviously drive my score up to an easy 9.5 out of 10
