Skyrim to have 13000 quests! : V

According to the ign boards TES V is supposed to have 13,000 quests....i think thats freakingly impossible, can anyone confirm or deny this?

Presumably thats the maximum number of possible combinations of quests generated by Radiant Story

No single playthrough will have that many.

programmers are simply too lazy to create that many quests. 2000 or 3000 would be believeable.
