I think everyone have experienced this before: Killed a dragon, got bashed by a troll for petting his mammoth.. :(

Petting his mammoth what?

Saved the earth. Whatever the planet is called. (Yeah, I forgot)
"Let me guess, someone stole your sweetroll?"
"So, I hear you're a member of the Companions. What do you do? Fetch the mead?"

Don't wanna be a spoilsport in a humor thread, but the Dragonborn isn't the only one that can use the Thu'um to Shout. He just doesn't have to study it like others; Shouting comes naturally to the Dragonborn.

I actually knew this with my post, but still found the guard's logic a bit inconsistent. "You shouted, therefore Dragonborn."

Bring down an imperial convoy... well... an imperial cart with some silver and weapons and Markarth's Jarl, Steward, Thane, and its entire guard are totally replaced the very next day.

Hear everyone fear that dragons are unkillable beasts, bringers of the end times...
Watch bear and troll kill dragon.

Ever see a dragon try to mess with a Giant and his Mammoth's? They basically aggressively go after it and beat it into the dirt. It really ruins the whole "mighty dragon" thing that this game is going for.

Don't have a meme picture for this one but I remember stealing a Horse in Windhelm (and i'm absolutely positive nobody saw me), then while travelling to Riften I spotted the wandering bard. I paid him to play a song and when it finished I got back on my horse and he started yelling "HELP! THIEF!". Apparently the Horse is still classified as "Stolen" even when NPCs who had absolutely no relation to the crime can report you? Just another reason why Horses are so useless in this game...

Had that problem today too!

On my way to complete a contract for the Dark Brotherhood, I passed through an Imperial camp and decided to slaughter them all for the gold and xp (don't worry, I kill Stormcloaks too...). Decided I'd take one of their horses on the way out to speed up the process. I get to my location to tell my mark of his impending doom and hopefully have the pleasure of watching him beg for his life... when I notice my horse starts walking away from me. So, I mount it again to re-position it, and the very guy I was there to kill shouted the same thing you quoted and reported my crime.

I was like "How the [censored] would you even know that horse is stolen? For all you know, I could have just bought this from the nearest stable. What, did it not look like my horse? Not evil enough?"

This really bugged me too, you'd think their first assumption would be "You shouted, you never told us you trained with the greybeards." Then you would explain you've never shouted before in your life and then they would be shocked and call you dragonborn. But no, they jump straight to believing you to be a legendary being of prophecy.

Ever see a dragon try to mess with a Giant and his Mammoth's? They basically aggressively go after it and beat it into the dirt. It really ruins the whole "mighty dragon" thing that this game is going for.

Those giants are seriously way too strong. Even at level 20 they could still one shot me and I could barely scratch them, it's ridiculous. It's hard to be scared of dragons when there are godlike giants just casually strolling around all over Skyrim. All the other races of Tamriel are lucky the giants only care about their mammoths, they could probably conquer the world if they wanted to.

I think it's because stolen horses usually go back to their respective owner.

Well, mine doesn't.... My horse is always dumb

But the ones I steal, they run away...

Become a Nightingale, gain the favor of Nocturnal, restore the Thieves guild to power all across Skyrim.

Ragged Flagon Bartender: "So your Brynjolfs new protege, eh? Don't look like much to me."
Ragged Flagon Bartender: "It's one thing to say you've got the skills to be a thief. It's another to actually use them."

At level 50, Giants are NOTHING to me. I still have to take a fight with an Ancient Dragon seriously, though.

Basically, the minimum level for Giants is simply set too high.
