Hello, I can't access the system menu. It's impossible to save, load or quit. I have tried almost everything. Someone please help me!!!

I saw you post that in my thread in the PS3 section.

Try to delete all you Skyrim data from the XMB menu. "Game Data Utility" I think it's called. Then reinstall it all.
