Hello folks, I am having an extremely frustrating problem.

Every single time I turn the system on and load Skyrim, all of my settings have been reset.

I need to invert the Y axis again, adjust my brightness again, turn on all Dialogue Subtitles again, and turn the default Effects Volume back down to half way.

It refuses to permanently save it, and I cannot figure out why. Even after I have set my settings, and press B to back out of the screen, the bottom of the screen shows "Saving..." but it never permanently saves!

Every single time I load up the game again, everything has been defaulted.

What on earth is going on, and why is it not saving my settings? It is so frustrating!

Thank you in advance for any help, because I am getting incredibly annoyed.. I have never seen this happen before in any other games.

Have you tried to clean your cache ????

Have you tried on a previous save ????

Make a backup of your saves delete your main game and install it again.

Reload you saves and try again.

Have you done any of the DLC's ???? If not...delete your dlc's as well re-install them and try again.
