have just re-installed and started skyrim again on my laptop.

i have a few mods installed (houses/unofficial patches/climate/more creatures/realistic needs and diseases/hunterborn/fps optimization amongst them).

the game runs fine,but my magicka doesn't recharge (my health and stamina does though).

have tried changing options of mods in the game pause menu,and looked at nmm/loot/wrye bash e.t.c but just cannot find the reason for it.

any help would be most welcome

Was the last standing stone you touched the Atronach stone?

Or, realistic needs will stop your magicka from recharging if you don't sleep in a bed of some sort. Check your current effects tab in Magic inventory.

have only activated the thief stone so far.

will check the magic inventory.
