Hello everyone, I was hoping that someone would be able to help me with a problem regarding Skyrim.

After I launch the game the main menu appears with the dragon logo but the text takes around 5-10 mins to load up. Any ideas? I am also experiencing some freezing issues ingame as well; where the music still plays but everything else stops.

System specs:

Windows Xp 32bit
GTS250 graphic card
3.2GB ram
Pentium? dual core CPU E6600 @3.06GHZ

Any help would be appreciated.
