Skyrim Main Menu Screenshot! : V

I was watching a YouTube video that was showing a tour of Bethesda Game Studios, and if you pause at the right moment you can see Skyrim's main menu in one of the conference room TVs.

You have to pause the video at 3:24

It looks very simplistic and minimal, which I like a lot. This may not be the end result however.

What do you guys think?

This is a really old video. And the tour was right after the game's announcement (December 2010), so the main menu is subject to change.

Wow I've watched that video but never noticed that, this actually looks pretty cool and I'd be happy if that was the final product.

I'm pretty sure this a temporary menu particularly for Beth's tour of the game that they gave to GI.

thats an amazing menu
very slick

fallout has a very similar menu
theyve just simplified it more

smoke blowing
great logo
cool selection symbol

i think its great but im into that kind of minimalism stuff

Yeah, it's very slick and minimal. I'd honestly be happy with that.

Though I'm sure Bethesda, being gods, have found some way to improve it.

they could "expand" minimalism removing achievements, less is more

The less the better, a nice foggy effect and a cool symbol is all that's necessary in my opinion. I didn't really like oblivions menu it seemed as though it had to many layers or something and the moving background annoyed me
