Help!

I'm playing through the mod "Undeath" and was loving it up until a certain point. I am within the Black Book and did what I needed to do in order to complete the quest and get the notes needed to become a lich. However, now everytime I try to exit back to Tamriel nothing happens, the screen just reloads me back to the same position, so now I'm stuck within the Apocrypha realm. I tried TCLing back to the beginning and using the book again but the same thing happened.

Has anyone encountered this or does anyone know how to get back to Tamriel?
