Is there a thread anywhere im missing that details which mods have been confirmed for or even turned down for porting to consoles?

I understand if its too early for mod developers to say but i have seen a few been confirmed and denied already.

Thanks :)

Well Xbox 1 has a 2gb limit for fallout 4 and this uses the same engine I believe.I also understand that both mods using Sky's script ext and any copyright material won't be allowed aswell as advlt oriented mods as it obviously must be console friendly. The ps4 is said to have even less room for mods then xbox1 currently. In my opinion modding is far better suited to pc for these games. Its nice to have access to some mods however small though.as they add a lot of replay value.

No mods have been confirmed yet because the game is still a few months away from being released.

Bethesda also has specific guidelines as to which mods are being allowed on console. The guidelines can be viewed in this FAQ: https://community.bethesda.net/thread/15991

(That applies to Fallout 4 mods, but we can assume it will be the same for Skyrim.)

This does mean that some mods get rejected from being on the consoles because they don't fit the guidelines. Mods using SKSE will also probably never work.

i don't think that currently any mods have been confirmed or denied for consoles though you will get plenty but what ?? i don't know. we still don't know many things about the game, changes that have been made to the game world, Creation kit etc. we need to know that first then modders will have to look how much time it will take to make their mod compatible with special edition. simple mods like adding new armor, weapons should be fairly simple and will not take any time at all but some other mods that rely on other complex mod or mods that changed too much in game will surely need time. Its too early to say anything about mods now.

Until the game is released no-one knows for sure which mods will work and which ones won't. There is no official to-be-released or not-to-be-released list its entirely up to the mod creators what gets released, other than what Pluto listed above as to whats prohibited (no nudity, etc)
