Hello there. So I remember there being a mod for Morrowind that was supposed to be somewhat like TR in the sense that it was going to build an entire Province based off of lore and previous games. It was supposed to build at least part of Skyrim in the Morrowind engine, and from what I had seen of it, looked super interesting. Unfortunately I never got around to fully checking it out, and now that Skyrim is out all that turns up in searches is Skywind. Does anyone remember the name of this mod? Just to clarify, it was an attempt at building Skyrim IN the Morrowind engine (before TES:V had come out).

I believe you are thinking of the mod Skyrim: Home of the Nords. They are close to a release last I heard. They were done part of the reach at that point, though there thread seams to have been buried on these forums.
