Skyrim Mural : V

Can anyone explain this mural to me? I understand it is the story but I want to know the whole Lore.

Also, I am thinking of getting a Tattoo of Fallout on one leg and a Tattoo of The Elder Scrolls on the other (sort of like a Mural) I have my Fallout one planned out but since TES has so much Lore i am not certain what I should get. Any ideas for Lore based stuff to get Tattooed would be appreciated. :wink_smile:

The mural is explained fairly well in the teaser...

Pretty much it depicts the prophecy of the dragons coming back after Skyrim goes into civil war after the oblivion crisis.
