Skyrim needs more Dots

After playing Skyrim for some time and having been part of one of the truly creative character building blogs, I realise something... this game needs more spell based dots! Here the current list of dots we have for now:
  • Lingering Damage Poisons (Health, Stamina, Magicka)
  • Poison Rune
  • Ignite
  • Wall of Flames
  • Wall of Frost
  • Wall of Storms
  • One Elemental Cloak Spell
  • Drain Vitality Shout
  • Marked for death Shout
  • Ice Form Shout

Now, the only way that these Dots can come into effect, due to the static nature of the wall spells, is if the person is rooted to the ground via a paralyse spell in order to take effect. This essentially Limits the "on person" Dots to:

Lingering Damage Poisons
Poison Rune
Ignite
Marked for death
Drain Vitality

Of these 5, since shouts share cool downs (ie: Cannot use the next shout before the CD for the current one ends), that leaves me with only 1 spammable shout and 2 "on person" spell based dots, which is (Marked for Death or Drain Vitality) + Poison rune + Ignite.

Therefore, I really feel that in order to improve the game play of people like me, who love the mechanics of a Damage Over Time Build, I would suggest the following Improvements:
  • Convert all wall spells to have an effect like ignite (Casted on person, hits fo X damage over Y seconds)
  • Allow for spell variant of Poisons aside from runes (much like serpent stone poison effect) for x damage over Y seconds
  • Allow shouts to be cool down interdependent (Note: This can make of a totally shout oriented build, much like the greybeards).
  • If wall spell conversion is not feasible, then please introduce new spells at adept or apprentice level that emulates my first suggestion, albeit at a much lesser damage level.
I hope this can be taken into consideration and look forward to the new features that are added into the next patch or next expansion of this awesome game.

Thank you.
