Been a long time since i played Skyrim and wanted to start playing it again, but ive encountered these problems:

Skyrim wastn updating so i deleted the old update data and tried again, nothing, so i deleted the old update data and the game data, but now it dowloads the update but when installing game data it gets stuck ad 14%... doesnt move from there, i want to know what to do to fix this my bluray disc is now unplayable....
