I downloaded Skyrim about 5 days ago and for the first 3 days it worked perfectly. Just yesterday, the game wouldn't start up after pressing play on the startup screen. It would load for a few seconds then the startup screen would appear again and it would just loop. I did some research and apparently it was because I had downloaded too many mods at once. It eventually fixed itself after I deleted a few mods. Earlier this morning however, it started doing it again after I had added a few mods to my library, but didn't even download them. I started off by deleting some mods, then deleting all of them, and eventually deleting and reinstalling the game. I just checked for the first time after the game re-downloaded and it's still doing it. Really frustrating considering I payed $40 dollars and it isn't working. Feel free to ask any questions that could help solve the issue. I'll update this thread if I discover a solution/fix it because I know I'm not the only one having this issue. Have a great day!
