-No discounts for preordering yet
-Don't know what type of DRM there will be on the PC version
-PC version priced the same as 360/PS3

I think I'll wait a while for more information before deciding whether to preorder and with who

Good move. The DRM is a big issue for me too. I will also wait for the $60 price to drop before buying.

I will wait for the collectors edition to be announced so I can see what's in it before I do any pre-ordering.

Exactly. I never get either MW or OB's collector's edition so this one will be the one!

You can preorder it and pick it up in-store day of release, which is what I plan to do. The preorder just ensures that you will have a copy to pick up when you get there.

You can't do that, though, if the company incompetently sells your preordered copy away by mistake, which has happened to me before. They had one shipped in from another store. Frankly, I was not satisfied. I think I should have gotten free two day shipping and a discount after waiting for an hour and a half only to tell me I have to waste more gas to come back in three days...

That is not the final box art by any means, but I do expect the final box art to be similar in that it will be very simplistic in design, nothing fancy.

Well oblivion was rated M (18+) but you can get it anyway can't you? Or are you offended by some things such as nudity (Which i doubt won't be in TES because it doesn't fit.)

Nudity has existed in at least 2 Elder Scrolls games, and has been featured in at least 1.

Yep, in Oblivion. In Daggerfall, though, there was nudity everywhere.

Just got home from Gamestop, I fully paid off the pre-order. I am only getting the PC version, I'm not making the same mistake I did with New Vegas. (Pre-ordering the PS3 & PC version.) I used my $50 Gamestop gift card I got for my birthday in March, along with $10 from my wallet. I will switch my pre-order to the CE after it's announced.

Is that $59.99 price tag on the PC version Gamestop's or Bethesda's?
Console games are generally more expensive because of the royalties paid to Microsoft and Sony.
Skyrim will totally be worth the price, but this trend is getting on my nerves.

What he said...

Console games cost developers more, and thus it always made sense that they cost more. Why the hell are PC gamers now getting stiffed a full $60 as well? This might have worked for Call of Duty, but TES isn't Call of Duty, and I see a lot of PC gamers simply not buying this game because of its price.

When will the special addition be announced? I want a 10ft plaque of the memorial from the teaser for my wall.

I'm not even going to consider pre-ordering until I see the computer specs. Or they come out with OldSKyrim, like Oldblivion.

Do they ship harcopy if i buy from Gamestop? Or digital media?

I live in Turkey. If they ship the hard copy, do i have to pay the shipment as well?
