Any of them work. Skyrim's racial Bonuses matter very little, the only important thing are the racial abilities(sort of) and your own personal preference. By abilities alone (and NOTHING ELSE), Bretons are the only race you should ever be as the 50% resistance to magic blows aways ANYTHING else.
Word of warning, if you only care about stats, ESO is going to have a different, more balanced racial skill line instead of a single racial ability and some small, pointless bonuses.
Wood elf would be the best archer.
Nords, Orcs, and Redguards are the best warriors.
However, I personally don't pay attention to race traits, I mainly choose race and THEN choose the type of play style.
In Skyrim, race traits don't really even matter that much anyways.
If you were playing Morrowind on the other hand...
REally its up to you. Each race starts with a bonus in certain stats. But once you get to around level 10 everything balances out. So I guess what I'm saying is play what appeals to you.
Are you looking for your main way to attack being as a warrior with archery as a backup so you have some form of ranged attack? IF so, I'd go Nord, but they're also my favorite race so I might be biased.
Pick what you think looks the best. As stated, racial bonuses are next to useless in Skyrim. And the racial powers are only useful for Argonians and Altmer anyhow, that's just me though.
Dark Elves are proficient in using swords/bows/magic, they are also stealthy characters. They have the highest starting bonus for those traits.
The strategy guide recommends Dark Elves for hybrid characters, such as the one you're looking for. And since you aren't focusing on magic, the racial bonus of melee attackers catching fire is a bonus to you as well.
As PKMIN12 mentioned, however, race matters very little in most cases. I almost always go with a Breton as well. The passive magic resistance bonus is one of the most useful perks in the game, in my opinion.
