So I'm here with you today to discuss today about Nords in relations to other races. Below, I made a list of amount of racism present in each race in relation to Nords, 1 being least hated and 9 being most hated. Note that Nords are not found on this list since Skyrim belongs to the Nords (obviously).

Argonians are way too high on that list.

Nope.
Khajiit are not allowed into the holds.
But Argonians are, apparently.

The rest I really can't tell. Seems like the rest of the races are evenly scattered about in the different holds in Skyrim.

I'm pretty sure all the Elves should be at the top....

I feel like the Orcs would be a bit lower because of the orc hunters and orc strongholds you see in Skyrim

The Nord are equal opportunity racist and hate every other species bloodline upon the face of Tamirel while feeling secure in their superiority. They are only a degree better than the Thalmor in that we can more easily relate to them as humans. When the Falmer finally rise from the cavern depths and retake the lands stolen from them no one will weep for the the loss. When the Nords all have to move to Cyrodill as refugees… Well, we can call them “provincials” then too.

Altmer HAS to be at the top.

Imperial stance depends on whether the Nord thinks Ulfric's cause is Just or not. A lot of the Sons and Daughters of Skyrim remain loyal to the empire Talos forged and Titus Mede repaired. (Ulfric's appeal to "The Traditions of Skyrim" would be like a U.S. politician trying to appeal to the days when Americans either lived in Wigwams or dressed in buckled hats, stoned/hanged witches at some place called Salem, dressed as Wigwam-inhabiting Americans to throw boxes of tea into the ocean, and assaulted anyone wearing a red wool coat.)

From what I've experienced (while playing as an Argonian):

I only put Imperials above Bretons because of Bretons' affinity for magic. Also, read Scourge of the Grey Quarter and listen to the conversation of the residents of Windhelm and you'll see why I put Argonians above Dark Elves.

The list is too one dimensional. There are different kinds of negative feelings you can have toward a race, and to label them all "hatred" doesn't tell you a whole lot. For instance, Altmer are allowed into Solitude, Khajiit aren't. Does that mean that the people of Solitude hate Khajiit more than Altmer? No, they feel contempt for the one and enmity toward the other. Race relations are more nuanced than one can present in a scale from one to nine.

This what I believe.

1. Breton - They aren't even acknowledged
2. Redguard - Seen virtually no racism
3. Orc - Haven't seen much racism, but of course they think they're ugly
4. Argonian - Everybody is racist against Argonians so nothing new
5. Dark Elf - Would be higher than wood elf if it wasn't for the fact that they took in all of the refugees. But you can definitely still feel the racism in a place like Winterhold
6. Wood Elf - They hate all elves with a passion
7. Imperial - "Imperial lapdog" is a basically a Nord's biggest insult
8. Altmer - Their sworn enemy
9. Khajiit - Completely prejudice, believe that just because of their race, they will steal everything not nailed down. Pure racism
