I hadn't heard that your character can get a divorce in the game. Is that confirmed, or just hopeful speculation?

Humanity still has a lot of growing up to do. But I'm very thankful that Bethesda has joined other companies in the industry in helping to lead the way toward a more mature world.

Just a speculation, since you can marry I assume that there is a peaceful way to get rid of your spouse without having to murder her/him, specially he/she has children.

Why would you want a divorce? As the Wolfe Tones put it : "It's twenty-five long years we've been together, and just for spite, we'll do the same again."

I suppose Orcs have a short temper, marrying an orc might not be the best long term relationship. :P

The blonde Nord in the tavern picture, is it actually confirmed that she works at the Tavern? She could be the local Warrior Chieftainess for all we know. In that case, business talk might be more sensible than cheesy chat up lines.
In fact would be a nice mechanic in general if you had to suffer for making advances to the wrong person.

lol, since when do Warrior Chieftainesses dress like tavern wenches?

Well, I wasn't being exactly serious, but day off? Chieftainessing is thirsty work, wouldn't want to wake with a hangover and still in your armour. :whistling:

Hmmmm...

I do appreciate your point though, wouldn't do to try and pick up everything with a pair of legs and a low-cut bodace, I hear those Nord women can be feisty.

Here's a tip though: if an orc or a bosmer are looking at you and licking their lips, it's time to get out of that tavern.

I hope romancing in Skyrim does not conflict with my real life hunt for a girlfriend. Curse you, Skyrim!

So if my wife accidently gets killed, do I automatically get her sister as a replacement by means of Radiant Story?
