Somebody said they only got the russian version of Oblivion or Fallout 3 in Ukraine so I would supriced if they change this for a later bigger budget game.

Since Morrowind, Bethesda games have always been translated in Russian. That's what the local publishers are for. Why whould Bethesda do it themselves?
