Eh? No, it wasn't, because I've never really liked Star Wars and remember being confused/scornful about that. Far as I know, A New Hope was originally titled Star Wars, then when Empire Strikes Back came out, that was Episode V, and Star Wars was renamed.

As for the OP, no, Skyrim 2 wouldn't make much sense, because there's too much that isn't necessarily canon at the end, so you can't really have a direct continuation. I'd be amazed if there isn't another single player TES game, though, if only because Skyrim was so huge and made a phenomenal amount of money. Of course, I hope they do it for reasons beside that. And do check out the earlier games if you haven't, even if you don't get on with them it's worth experiencing them at least a little.
