it isnt sheogorath's mind :whisper: and he tells you to use the wabbajack :whisper: so hit the enemys with it :whisper:

He does give you clues. You just have to really think outside the box.

It's pretty easy. If you want help, give more details... I'll post the answers here.
Spoiler
Arena battle: don't bother shooting the creatures as you are probably keen to do. Shoot one of the guards near the insane Emperor.
2 Warrior battle: Sheogorath talks about them being the same size. Shoot one till you get it. When the extra fighters appear you don't have much control anyway. Just keep shooting one until Sheogorath tells you you're done.
Sleeping Emperor: Shoot him and an enemy will appear. Shoot the enemy with the Wabbajack and it will dissapear. Repeat this proces until Sheogorath tells you you're done.
